I had the pleasure of taking a loyal friend/client out of Goodland the other day. A front was blowing in on us, but I thought we could get in at least 4 hours before things started turning on us. Boy, am I glad we made it down there. The fish were chewing pretty hard… not to mention we found a few hungry Tarpon rolling around the outside.
Eric has been coming down and fishing with me for years and every year he’s wanted to catch a Tarpon. Although we’ve had many shots throughout the years, we’ve also had an equal amount of dissappointments. I’m happy to say we were finally able to get one landed for him this past week.
